  • HOW DOES THE CERTIFICATION WORK?

    If you take on the online course you have access to the platform for 6 months and take on the course at your own pace. Depending on when you are ready we will set up a date for you to get certified, where you present your project for 10 minutes online together with a group of your fellow course participants and a host from the Employer Branding Academy team. Usually the online certifications is a group of up to 7 people. We usually have online certifications every last Friday of the month.
    For the International course you will be presenting your project together with a group of your fellow course participants during your Certification face-to-face day.

  • WHAT IS EXPECTED OF ME FOR THE CERTIFICATION EXERCISE?

    After finishing the first 4 modules of the course we wish you to create a 10 minute (approximately 10 slides) presentation. During your certification you will get to present it for a group of your fellow course participants. You can always reach out to us and we will provide you with examples and guidelines. 

  • HOW WILL THE PARTICIPATION FEE BE PAID?

    Upon signing up via the registration form you will get an option to pay with a credit card or to receive an invoice with payment details and 30 days payment terms.

  • WHAT DID THE EARLIER PARTICIPANTS LEARN FROM THE TRAINING?

    Based on their own feedback, the participants learnt how to approach Employer Branding in a more structured and strategic way.
    The training aims at leaving ad-hoc based decision making behind in favor of decision making based on a fact-based, long term strategy and plan. The participants also learnt how to connect the Employer Branding Plan to the business objectives. The tools and checklists that they get access to through the e-learning platform have been very valuable in the day to day work as well as the long term planning. In addition to all the knowledge, the previous participants also highlighted the network effect, i.e. the possibility to get to know other employer branding professionals.

  • DOES THE EMPLOYER BRANDING ACADEMY REQUIRE ANY PRE-KNOWLEDGE?

    No it does not require any pre-knowledge and the course is designed to cater to different levels of knowledge and your training plan is individual. The main thing to bring is a genuine interest in employer branding.

  • WHAT TYPE OF COMPANIES WILL ATTEND?

    There are variety of different types of companies attending - global companies like IKEA, Unilever, Tetra Pak, Gazprom, JTI, Clariant, European Investment Bank and Capgemini to smaller companies with only a few employees.   • WILL THERE BE FACE-TO-FACE MEETINGS?

    The online version of the course do not include any face-to-face meeting. If you take on the International version of the course there will be two meetings to attend. The Introduction day and the Final day will take place in the city you select and will begin at 10.00 and end at 17.00, local time. Those who choose to conduct the entire training online or are unable to join one of the face-to-face meetings, will get the opportunity to join an online webinar.


  • WILL THERE BE ANY INDIVIDUAL CASES OR PROJECTS DURING THE TRAINING?

    All participants will choose an individual case/assignment, which they will work on during the entire course. This project will also constitute an important part of the final certification.

  • ARE THERE ANY ADDITIONAL COSTS BESIDES THE COURSE FEE?

    All material is included and you will get access to our easy to use online platform. You will also be part of an exclusive network consisting of global employer branding professionals. After the course you will receive a certification in form of physical and digital diploma. The €2695 for the International course includes food, beverage and material for the two face to face meetings. It doesn’t cover your travel or lodging for the first meeting and final meeting. Between the first and final face-to-face meeting, a halfway online webinar will be hosted by Employer Branding Academy.

    If you take the entire course online, you will be able to attend three online webinars hosted by Employer Branding Academy, and the price is €1595

  • HOW MUCH TIME DO I NEED TO SET ASIDE PER WEEK DURING THE 8 WEEK TRAINING?

    Apart from the two face-to-face days, we estimate 2-5 hours per week. You will spend this time in the easy to use e-learning platform, which offers templates, tools, cases, theory and best practices in written form as well as video.
